C'est le résultat final d'une grande expérience. Les quatre films enregistrés simultanément le soir du Nouvel An 1999 ainsi que le tournage des réalisateurs au travail ont maintenant été intégrés dans la version finale de D-dag. (Le titre signifie D-dag le film terminé.) Il s'agit du montage des éditeurs, où il a pris les cinq rôles de film de 70 minutes et les a réduits à un film de 65 minutes. Le D-Dag original était le vôtre pour monter les cinq films simultanément sur jusqu'à sept chaînes de télévision différentes. Cependant, nous voyons ici une version d'éditeurs professionnels. L'intrigue est la même pour toutes les versions de D-dag : quatre personnes ont prévu de braquer une banque et doivent utiliser le bruit de la célébration du nouvel an pour cacher l'explosion.
