Qu'ils soient au volant d'un bolide de Formule 1, au sommet d'un plongeoir de 10 mètres ou au départ d'une descente de ski aux pentes vertigineuses, tous sont confrontés au même sentiment de peur au moment de se lancer. Pendant neuf mois, les caméras de Canal+ ont suivi dans leur intimité quelques grands champions du sport français pour analyser leur faculté à gérer leurs émotions face au danger.
