Un groupe de nains confinés dans un asile sur une île se rebellent contre les gardes et le directeur dans un déchaînement de violence absurde qui finit par se retourner contre eux. En effet, le directeur du centre de redressement a décidé de mettre à l'écart Pepe, le leader d'un groupe de nains de moins en moins tenable. Ces derniers décident alors de se révolter contre tout, et menacent le directeur. Celui-ci est coincé dans sa maison car il est privé, par la faute des nains, de téléphone ainsi que de voiture. Malgré ses menaces et ses tentatives de retrouver le calme, les nains n'en font qu'à leur tête et vont même jusqu'au vouloir incendier sa maison.
