Jun, un jeune nord-coréen immigré illégalement en Corée du Sud, travaille dans une station-service. En voulant protéger sa collègue Sun-hee, il se fait licencier. Lorsqu'il retourne à la station pour réclamer sa dernière paye, il frappe son patron et est contraint de fuir avec Sun-hee. Hyeon est un jeune homosexuel. Il se fait entretenir par un homme plus âgé dans un luxueux appartement. Il trouve parfois cette situation suffocante. Tous les deux font finalement connaissance via un site Internet.
