Les B-52s fêtaient le 34e anniversaire de leur tout premier concert le jour de la Saint-Valentin 1977 dans la même ville. Ce disque est également le premier concert des B-52s officiellement sorti en DVD. Sans surprise, le groupe n'ayant aucun nouveau titre à promouvoir, il s'agit d'une rétrospective de leur travail de 1979 à leur dernier album studio, Funplex, sorti en 2008.

One day, they are assigned to pick up his daughter Misha, who has just returned from overseas and dreams of becoming a doctor. The trio have been in love with her for a long time but she does not pay them any heed. When Misha is robbed by a snatch thief one day, she is rescued by a doctor named Shafiq. Her face reminds the doctor of his late wife, and he begins to pursue her, which annoys the trio.
