⭐ 7.7Dimmu Borgir - Forces of the Northern Night
Le décor planté, ce sont 17 titres qui s’enchaîneront sans faille tout au long des concerts. La part belle est faite à l’album « Abrahadabra » joué presque entièrement dès le début du set. Puis, après un passage orchestral symphonique, majestueux et grandiose, DIMMU BORGIR s’attèlera avec ferveur, détermination et énergie à quelques morceaux de « Death Cult Armageddon » ainsi qu'à d'autres albums des années 2000. D’aucuns pourront regretter l’absence de titres des premiers disques, hormis "Mourning Palace", mais il est évident que les derniers en date sont plus propices à l’orchestration spectaculaire par les musiciens classiques. Néanmoins, personnellement, le show ne fait qu’augmenter en intensité, en frissons tout au long de son déroulement.

Cette émission spéciale explore les coulisses du retour d'Obi-Wan Kenobi et d'Anakin Skywalker à l'écran, ainsi que d'Ewan McGregor et Hayden Christensen dans leurs rôles emblématiques. La réalisatrice Deborah Chow dirige les acteurs et l'équipe alors que de nouveaux héros et méchants voient le jour aux côtés de nouvelles incarnations des personnages iconiques de Star Wars. A depiction of the Wrangelkiez neighbourhood in Berlin. The people portrayed tell their life stories. One woman came to the neighbourhood a decade ago to work in Berlin’s still unfinished Brandenburger Airport, one man reminisces his childhood on a Tobacco farm in Kentucky, another speaks of an exceptional day in an otherwise monotonous workplace. These portraits are interwoven with the story of Elpi, a Greek woman who is waiting for the long overdue visit of an old important friend. The outcome of this mixture is a film which captures the lives and perspectives of some of Wrangelkiez’s most commanding citizens, while at the same time evoking the loss that change and time passing means for places and for people.
