Le docteur Horatio Kane, inventeur d'un carburant à base d'extraits de pommes de terre a été kidnappé par le milliardaire Marduk. Ce dernier a découvert les propriétés cachées du carburant, qui permet d’annihiler toute volonté mentale chez l'homme. Il compte utiliser ce produit sur des praticiens des arts martiaux afin de conquérir le monde. La fille du docteur fait appel à Steve Chase, aventurier karatéka et à ses amis afin qu'ils libèrent son père et stoppent Marduk.
