The double interview is controlled and manipulated by a computer-generated severed hand which Maria describes as an object once discovered in the trash while working in the violent northern town of Mexicali. This CGI hand was in turn produced by Max, who was born with no arms, and sought refuge in computer-imaging as a means to operate and manipulate a digital reality.

A film-maker in a poor town in Argentina is working on a film which is split into three chapters in the tradition of jidaigeki, the old Japanese swordfight films. In the first part, a samurai murders the son of a brothel owner and the father swears revenge. In the second, a woman loves a benevolent samurai but is forced to become the lover of a rogue. And in the last chapter, a samurai returns from war and doesn't recognize his wife any more. All this happens in an enchanted world of haunting beauty, underscored with snatches of Cumbia rhythms, string motifs by Samuel Barber and melodies by Chet Baker. Samuray-s is a cinematic adventure.

"Un plus un" est un film où un clone du personnage principal apparaît un jour. "Trimaran bleu" est un film d'action comique où des super-héros déploient leurs pouvoirs pendant une heure complète. "Love Sick" est un film qui se déroule un an après la fin de la pandémie de zombies, où le personnage principal Seung-beom prépare une demande en mariage mémorable pour sa petite amie Ji-yoon, qui l'a sauvé.
