Cantinflas, le petit ami du serviteur d'un homme riche industriel, pénètre dans la maison pour tuer un chien enragé. Tout à coup, cet homme paraît si le serviteur lui dit que Cantinflas est le frère de sa femme (Leonardo), qui avait été perdu pendant des années. L'homme riche se souvient alors que son père dans le testament de la loi ne pouvait être payé lorsque tous les frères se réunissent, si traite Cantinflas, un vrai clochard, comme un roi.
