Monaco, l'extension de tous les défis
Depuis longtemps déjà, Monaco est à l'étroit sur son rocher de 2 km2. Suivant l'exemple de son père, «le prince bâtisseur», le prince Albert a aussi décidé de se lancer dans un défi colossal : construire sur l'eau 60 000 m2 de logements, un parking, un port, un parc et sa promenade littorale piétonne. Ce nouveau joyau de la principauté aura pour nom «l'Anse du Portier». Ses bâtisseurs devront composer avec la profondeur et la fragilité des fonds marins et déployer des moyens pharaoniques pour faire sortir de l'eau ce tout nouveau Monaco.
