L'histoire tourne autour Makoto Yukami, un lycéen dont la passion est de visiter des sources d'eau chaude. Sa 100ème escale est à Miyama-kan, une auberge tenue par quatre « femmes idéales » : Tokura, Akino, Tsutsuji et Mitomo. Là, Yukami aperçoit Yuri, une déesse des sources d'eau chaude et usurpe ses pouvoirs de manière inattendue. Makoto se retrouvera finalement à travailler à l'auberge.
