Ici, point de Tarzan ni de Jane, mais plutôt une puce électronique militaire révolutionnaire qui a été volée et qui est convoitée par pas mal de personnes de mauvaise compagnie. Le voleur n'étant rien moins d'autre qu'un gros trafiquant de drogue que la CIA voudrait bien voir extradé. La course-poursuite est alors engagée entre la CIA, la Royal HK Police et la mafia.
