"Mega Mindy et le cristal noir" nous emmène à la poursuite du bandit, Axel, à travers le désert Zahambra. C'est à cet endroit qu'un cristal noir fut jeté sur terre il y a des milliers d'années. Qui entre en possession de ce météorite est capable de fabriquer une "méchante copie" de n'importe qui ou quoi! Une pierre très dangereuse donc, mais jusqu'à présent personne ne sait où est caché le cristal noir... Mieke, Toby et les autres se jettent dans une poursuite effrénée pour le trouver avant les bandits. Nos amis réussiront-ils à détruire cette dangereuse pierre ? Mais, que va-t-il se passer lorsque Mega Mindy se trouve face à une méchante copie d'elle-même?
