S'il y avait quelqu'un que l'on pourrait appeler une vraie reine de la J-pop, c'est bien Utada Hikaru. Dans une annonce surprenante, lorsque les détails de la sortie à domicile et numérique sont sortis pour un tournage en direct de la tournée, il y a eu une annonce Netflix. Le concert a été filmé à la légendaire Makuhari Messe de Chiba et a été la dernière étape de sa tournée "Laughter In The Dark".
