Run est un thriller dramatique qui suit Levi, un jeune homme d'affaires qui épouse l'amour de sa vie, Natalie Winters (Taylor Murphy), une journaliste passionnée qui rend compte de la traite des êtres humains et se bat pour la dénoncer. Lors de leur nuit de noces, Natalie est kidnappée et en train d'être vendue comme esclave sexuelle. Levi part à la recherche de sa femme, recherchant des indices partout où il peut les trouver, le menant à Jeff Conners (Stephen Baldwin), un seigneur du crime sans pitié. Levi pourra-t-il retrouver sa femme avant qu'elle ne soit envoyée en Floride et vendue à Cuba? Ce n'est qu'avec l'aide de Dieu que Levi peut trouver la force de se battre.
