Deux meilleures amies, Barb et Star, quittent leur petite ville du Midwest pour la première fois afin de partir en vacances à Vista Del Mar, en Floride. Elles se retrouvent bientôt confrontées à un méchant qui souhaite tuer tous les habitants et vacanciers de la ville.
