Yu est une lycéenne de 17 ans qui aime écouter Yosuke jouer de la guitare après les cours. La sœur de Yu, qui a perdu son petit ami six mois auparavant, semble être plus heureuse en présence de Yosuke; Yu insiste donc pour qu'elle passe plus de temps avec lui. Ce dernier répète inlassablement le même air de guitare. Il promet alors à Yu que lorsqu'il aura fini de composer cette chanson, il la lui jouera. Étant tous deux timides, une relation ambigüe s'installe et ni l'un ni l'autre n'ose faire le premier pas. Yu finit par prendre l'initiative et embrasse Yosuke qui, ne sachant pas comment réagir, rentre chez lui. Cependant, un jour, la sœur de Yu va retrouver Yosuke... 17 ans plus tard, Yu et Yosuke se retrouvent par hasard. Vont-ils réussir à s'avouer leurs sentiments ?
