Quand les tomates rencontrent Wagner
Situé en Thessalie, une région dominée par les cultures intensives, le village d’Elias tombe peu à peu en déshérence. Deux cousins, Alexander et Christos, décident alors d’exhumer les semences de tomates conservées par les femmes d’Elias depuis des centaines d’années. Avec le concours des grands-mères du village, ils cultivent des variétés biologiques et créent de nouvelles recettes. Pasteurisation traditionnelle, emballage à la main, musique dans les champs… Bientôt, leurs conserves s’invitent dans les enseignes les plus prestigieuses du Royaume-Uni, de France ou du Japon.
