Dans une ville à l'apparence tranquille, les enfants ne cessent de disparaître et sont oubliés par leurs parents. Lorsque la petite soeur d'Egor disparaît à son tour, le jeune garçon se lance dans une quête qui le conduira jusqu'à un univers parallèle froid et inquiétant. Où se trouve sa soeur ? Comment la sauver ? Aidé par ses amis, Egor réalise vite qu'une puissance démoniaque vivant dans la forêt se nourrit des enfants, ne laissant derrière elle que l'oubli. Cette puissance démoniaque répond au nom de Baba Yaga.
