Une autoroute automobile doit être construite sur le territoire d'une coopérative de garages. Une réunion spéciale de la coopérative a lieu pour réduire le nombre de garages. Comme tout a déjà été décidé et organisé par le président et le conseil d'administration, la décision est facilement adoptée lors de la réunion. Mais un événement inattendu se produit : l'entrée de la salle de réunion a été fermée par un membre anonyme et la clé a disparu...
