Avant de mourir, un des lieutenants de oryu lui avoue avoir du se battre pour protéger son honneur de femme.Oryu vient de reformer le clan Yano, mais sa quète initiatique a la recherche de la voie d'exemplarité n'est pas achevée. Hébergée par un ancien yakuza rentré dans le rang, oryu décide de l'aider a défendre les métayers, étranglés par leurs propriétaires terriens, eux mèmes ranconnés par des yakuzas en quète des fonds nécessaires à l’organisation d'un grand tournoi de cartes. Tournoi auquel la pivoine rouge a bien l'intention de participer... Episode le plus impur de la série lady yakuza, ce cinquième volet est signé par l'auteur du premier. On y retrouve les préocupations sociales et féministes des précédents, agrémentées d'outrances mélo et d'incursions pop dans le film de gangster...
