Lorsqu'une rupture de canalisation créé un énorme gouffre juste devant le restaurant, en bloquant indéfiniment l’accès et ruinant les plans des Belcher pour une saison estivale réussie. Alors que Bob et Linda luttent pour maintenir l'entreprise à flot, leurs enfants tentent de résoudre un mystère qui pourrait bien sauver l’établissement familial. Mais le danger guette chaque jour un peu plus. Pour ces outsiders, l’entraide est le maître-mot pour garder espoir et lutter pour reprendre leur place naturelle : celle derrière le comptoir.
