Pourquoi deux vrais jumeaux sont-ils parfois si différents ? L’alimentation, les polluants, le stress et bien d’autres facteurs liés à ce qui nous entoure peuvent modifier l’expression de nos gènes. Ces marques "épigénétiques" sont même transmissibles aux enfants, voire aux petits-enfants.
