Timeline est la deuxième compilation des projets du fameux néerlandais de metal progressif, j’ai nommé Sir « Ayreon ». Il est sorti en novembre 2008 en Europe. Il est également sorti en Amérique du Nord au début de 2009. L'album comprend trois CD contenant des chansons sélectionnées de tous les albums d'Ayreon, et un DVD contenant des performances en direct, des clips vidéo et des coulisses.
