Bride of the Andes
Une jeune femme japonaise vient au Pérou pour épouser un homme qu'elle n'a jamais vu. Son mari est un Japonais de la première génération et tous deux sont liés à la tradition ancestrale des mariages arrangés. Amenant avec elle l'enfant qu'elle a eu d'un précédent mariage, elle découvre que son nouvel époux vit avec les Indiens des Andes et travaille pour une expédition archéologique. L'homme et son fils s'attachent l'un à l'autre et la femme commence à étudier et à comprendre la vie des Indiens. Lorsque son mari est tué en cherchant un trésor inca, elle utilise l'argent envoyé par l'État pour rester et aider les villageois qu'elle a appris à aimer.
