The Dematerialization Phenomenon, in which the real world becomes digital, has become a problem and must be resolved immediately. After hearing of this incident, Netto and Rockman left off after their father and Network Researcher, Yuuichirou. He also had found news of an invasion in the computer of the Trinity Brain trust company: 'The Earth itself will understand the way things stand in the cyber world'. In order to destroy the program causing the incident, Netto and Rockman have to go deep underground. But old enemies await them there, as well as new ones. As they fought each other, the vicious cyber-life, Nebula Grey, awakens. The Dematerialization Phenomenon will not be stopped unless Nebula Grey is defeated.

Le scénariste en difficulté Gota Yanagida et sa femme Chika sont mariés depuis dix ans et vivent avec leur fille Aki. Gota souffre dans son mariage sans sexe et essaie de rendre sa femme heureuse tous les jours, mais Chika est froide avec lui car il ne gagne pas d'argent. Un jour, Gota est approché par un producteur de film à propos de son histoire "d'une lycéenne qui fait des nouilles udon à une vitesse fulgurante". Il doit se rendre à Kagawa pour écrire le scénario et propose un voyage en famille là-bas, et Chika le rejoint à contrecœur. Cependant, un projet de film différent a déjà été décidé.

La police organise une grosse opération pour mettre fin au trafic de drogue du Triangle D’or et brûle tout un champ où l’organisation cultivait de la drogue. Pour se venger, l’organisation décide d’éliminer tous les membres des forces spéciales ayant participés à l’opération. La police, complètement impuissante et dépassée devant de telles pratiques, décide de s’approprier les services des Angel, des agents secrets habitués des infiltrations et coups d’éclats en tout genre. Une guerre va alors se déclarer entre l’organisation du Triangle D’or et les « anges ».

Return is a methodical construction of the approach of an individual towards an unseen goal, which assumes metaphorical significance. Viola moves toward the camera/viewer, pausing every few steps to ring a bell, at which point he is momentarily thrust back to his starting place, and then advanced again. Finally reaching his destination, he is taken through all of the previous stages in a single instant and returned to the source of his journey.

This is a documentary linking ecological and political problems. The planet has come to be less important than the multinational earnings, and with it politicians earnings as well. With this project we bring foreward this problem, witch not only affects the third world, but is a worldwide situation witch needs to be adressed.
