L'Histoire d'une mère
Neige, 20 ans, vit sous la coupe de sa grand-mère Héloïse, avec son fils Louis, dans une ferme au milieu de nulle part. Entre Neige et Héloïse, une Absente, mère de l’une, fille de l’autre, véritable trou noir où s’engouffrent désirs, fantasmes et peurs diverses. Des peurs, Neige en a, quand perdue dans un rêve affolant, elle part à la recherche de la Mort qui a emporté son enfant. En contrepoint, Neige cultive un amour fusionnel avec son fils Louis, fruit d’un passé trouble avec les Bénarieux, famille de riches propriétaires qui s’apprêtent à marier leur fils unique. Quand Neige s’invite à la noce comme une princesse au bal… Elle est loin d’imaginer qu’Héloïse l’attend, inquiétante et bouleversée.

Le paradis s'avère être un château de campagne habité par plusieurs autres masques d'animaux portant des cinglés...
