The Triple Echo
Après la capture de son mari pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, Alice, une fermière, est obligée d'entretenir elle-même ses terres. Un jour, un soldat errant nommé Barton s'arrête à la ferme et le couple entame une relation. Lorsque la police militaire passe dans la région à la recherche de déserteurs, Barton est obligé de se déguiser en femme pour rester avec Alice. Mais il attire bientôt l'attention d'un sergent posté à proximité.
