Northern Disco Lights tells the untold story of a group of teenagers in the arctic city of Tromsø, who set off a chain of events that would go on to transform their country. To escape the boredom of growing up in a remote outpost they created their own music scene, setting up radio stations, parties, building synthesizers and making tunes. Word spread as like-minded souls recognised the call to arms and inspired a generation of kids who would go on to change dance music and Norway forever.

Tôt le matin. Un bus avec sept soldats roule vers une destination inconnue. Parmi les passagers se trouve Dzoni, un jeune homme de vingt ans. Il est nouveau dans cette brigade qu'il a du mal à intégrer. Le bus arrive devant une ferme abandonnée entourée d'un champ. Dzoni, inquiet par le mystère de leur mission, essaie de savoir ce qu'on attend d'eux. Pas de réponse. L'attente commence, dans un champ brûlé par le soleil. Un bus s'approche, transportant des hommes blottis les uns contre les autres. Le commandant de l'unité explique à ses recrues que ces prisonniers sont les ennemis. Le groupe des sept soldats désœuvrés qui meublaient tant bien que mal l'angoisse de l'attente, pressentent qu'ils vont bientôt passer à l'action...

Le Zanskar est un royaume isolé du nord-ouest de l'Himalaya indien, où la population locale est enneigée six mois par an. Environ 10 000 Zanskaris vivent dans la vallée isolée. En hiver, les cols de montagne sont bloqués, la route de Jeep d'été ferme et les bus s'arrêtent. Il y a deux décennies, trois amis ont fondé une école de ski - pour permettre les voyages hivernaux dans la vallée, améliorer la qualité de vie et encourager les jeunes à rester au Zanskar en aidant à établir une culture des sports de montagne. Le film raconte l'histoire de cette amitié, de l'école de ski et du développement du ski dans la région. En cours de route, une question plus importante est soulevée. Plus récemment, le gouvernement fédéral a annoncé un important projet de construction de routes qui offrira un accès toute l'année au Zanskar. Comment la nature sauvage du Zanskar peut-elle être préservée? Ce n'est qu'une question de temps avant que la route d'hiver ne soit terminée.

Date inconnueHello explores changes in two people’s working lives: a Mexican trash picker who separates and collects recyclable materials from landfills to sell by the kilo, and a German freelance computer-animation designer working for the advertising industry in Berlin. The double interview is controlled and manipulated by a computer-generated severed hand which Maria describes as an object once discovered in the trash while working in the violent northern town of Mexicali. This CGI hand was in turn produced by Max, who was born with no arms, and sought refuge in computer-imaging as a means to operate and manipulate a digital reality.
