Il existe très peu de documents cinématographiques présentant des artistes rock à l'apogée de leur carrière, et encore moins ceux qui éclairent leurs débuts.. Cette période montre la première représentation de Rockplast en mars 1980. Le concert à la Markthalle de Hambourg en février 1983 présente l'artiste à l'apogée de ses possibilités. La performance triomphale à la Grugahalle d'Essen en avril 1983 a mis fin à la période la plus réussie de Jackson.
