C'est une loi de la guerre inavouable : partout où il y a des soldats, il y a une prostitution couverte, encadrée ou même érigée en système par les forces militaires en présence. Les réalisateurs ont mis au jour un système implacable, inévitable, de 1945 à aujourd'hui. Un système souhaité par les armées, entretenu par les sociétés militaires privées, couvert par l'Otan et l'ONU. Ils ont mis en évidence les liens étroits entre les armées, leurs supplétifs et renforts, et les trafics de prostitution.
