Goro a toujours été un loup solitaire. Lorsqu'il arrive dans la ville industrielle de Keihin, il règne une certaine agitation dans l'air. La famille Iriezaki et le Kanto Touyu-kai sont en plein conflit territorial. Goro s'en rend rapidement compte, mais n'a pas l'intention de prendre parti. Dans un grand magasin, il voit une liftière se faire harceler par deux voyous. Goro décide d'intervenir. À son insu, les voyous sont des membres du Touyu-kai, et la jeune fille a des liens étroits avec la famille rivale.
