La fin de l'année approche. Les élèves d'Onizuka sont tous sous pression. Il y a ceux qui luttent pour être embauchés et ceux qui voient les examens arriver à grands pas. Onizuka se fait du souci à propos d'eux. Mais il a suivi chacun de ses élèves durant toute l'année en prenant son rôle de professeur principal très au sérieux. Il leur donnera alors l'ultime leçon, celle portant sur leurs rêves. Mais une inquiétante affaire d'admission illégale touche les élèves et leurs parents avec pour but de leur extorquer de l'argent. Avec l'aide de ses amis, Onizuka va enquêter sur cette affaire. D'un autre côté, un professeur d'université se servira de Kikuchi pour ses propres intérêts. À un mois de la fin de l'année, Onizuka se rend compte que ses élèves ont grandi et mûri. Mais le moment arrive pour ces derniers de partir et de dire "Au revoir" !

Le jour de Noël, Saejima sauve une mystérieuse femme nommée Maria d'un trio d'hommes. Peu de temps après, il surprend Onizuka en compagnie d'Urumi et du professeur Fuyutsuki. Saejima décide donc de passer la soirée de Noël seul dans un club. Là-bas, il retrouve par hasard Maria qui y travaille comme hôtesse, et tous deux décident de se marier. Le lendemain, il se rend chez elle. Sur place, le lieu est vide et il découvre que Maria est partie en lui confiant ses trois bébés. Afin de s'occuper de ceux-ci et de retrouver leur mère, Saejima va recourir à l'aide d'Onizuka qui se fera aider à son tour par ses élèves. En même temps, Miki apprend que son père souhaite se remarier. Bouleversée par cette nouvelle, elle se sent alors abandonnée à elle-même. Sans en avoir conscience, elle va se faire manipuler par Sanada, un professeur remplaçant qui malgré ses bons airs ne semble pas avoir de bonnes intentions.

Viola moves toward the camera/viewer, pausing every few steps to ring a bell, at which point he is momentarily thrust back to his starting place, and then advanced again. Finally reaching his destination, he is taken through all of the previous stages in a single instant and returned to the source of his journey.
