Peu explicite sur cette affaire complexe, mais séduit par une architecture contemporaine qui allie inventivité technique et références anciennes, Christian Meunier filme en multipliant les angles de vue. Les ambiances vivantes d’aujourd’hui sont entrecoupées d’images d’archives, tandis que des écrits de Pouillon sont lus en off. Émus, ses collaborateurs évoquent un homme exigeant et généreux, à la passion communicative.
