Les aventures de Wilby Daniels, maintenant un brillant avocat, qui a proposé le mariage à sa petite amie Betty. Cependant, un vieux professeur Plumcutt meurt et ses dernières paroles sont que son infâme malédiction Borgia, anneau qui transforme les gens en vieux chiens de berger anglais doit être héritée par Wilby, qui établit à nouveau une autre transformation en chien de berger. Le frère cadet de Wilby "Moochie", maintenant un homme adulte, vient au secours de Wilby et Moochie doivent encore une fois briser la malédiction Borgia avant le mariage de Wilby et Betty, mais cette fois par Wilby, réalise le dernier souhait du professeur Plumcutt, qui doit prendre possession de l'anneau maudit et ainsi mettre fin aux transformations en chien.
