Le docteur tue sa femme en ayant pris soin de demander à sa maîtresse, Joan Hudson, qui est une actrice et également sa patiente de l'aider dans son forfait. Joan devra se faire passer pour cette dernière, se coiffera d'une perruque, revêtira des vêtements de la défunte pour paraître « vivante » en place publique et donnera ainsi un alibi irréfutable à son amant. Mais dans l'élaboration de son stratagème le Dr Flemming a-t-il pu tout prévoir ? C'est qu'il ne connaissait pas encore, l'inspecteur en charge de l'affaire... Columbo. Réalisé en 1967, ce téléfilm n'était pas destiné à lancer la série « Columbo » et n'est donc pas un épisode pilote au sens strict.

This is an April Fool's joke by Nitroplus. On 01.04.2011, an official website for Mahou Shoujo Sonico Magika, a parody of SoniComi (a game by Nitroplus), was opened with the announcement of it being a TV anime. On the same day, the opening video for the so called TV anime was released on YouTube by NitroPlusChannel. This opening is essentially the entire anime. The title is a clear reference to Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magika, a TV anime which screenplay was written by a Nitroplus staffer Urobuchi Gen, who also got credited for screenplay for this anime on the official page. No screenplay was ever written, of course.
