Dans la France médiévale, un démoniste est dirigé et sa femme est torturée et exécutée. Des centaines d'années plus tard, un groupe isolé de personnes découvre sa tête enfouie sur leur propriété. Bientôt, il revient à la vie, possédant des gens et les utilisant pour faire des sacrifices et chercher le reste de son corps.
