Aux abords du lac Fujimi vit une enseignante nommée Akiko. Non loin de là, un cercueil est débarqué et un vampire en émerge, attaquant une première victime, un certain Kyusaku. De son côté, Saeki finit par découvrir que la clé du mystère réside dans un événement traumatisant survenu durant la jeunesse de sa copine, laquelle, partie à la recherche de son petit chien disparu, avait découvert une grotte servant de cachette à un dangereux personnage...
