Tous les matins, lorsqu’il arrive à son travail, Kim Sun-Woo (Song Seung Heon) trouve, posé sur son bureau, un bouquet composé d’une seule et unique fleur ; un arum blanc, appelé aussi « calla ».Lorsque par le plus grand des hasards, il tombe sur la bonne boutique de fleurs et pense avoir trouvé celle qui, depuis un certain temps, lui envoie ce présent… Il en tombe aussitôt éperdument amoureux.A deux doigt de lui avouer son amour, il finit par lui donner rendez-vous… mais, avant qu’il ait pu s’approcher d’elle pour lui déclarer sa flamme, celle-ci meurt, victime d’une prise d’otage !Trois années passent… A la veille de ce triste troisième anniversaire, Kim Sun-woo, qui repense encore à celle qu’il aimait, émet un souhait : être ramener trois ans en arrière et pouvoir changer le cours de son existence.Son voeux se trouve être réalisé, et il va disposer de 24 heures pour sauver celle qu’il aime.
