Le film utilise des images d’archive et des entretiens d’habitants du Donbass, témoins puis victimes de l’agression russe. De ce qui devait être une symphonie de bonheur et de bien-être, ne sont restées que déception et manipulation. La symphonie du Donbass est devenue la cacophonie du Donbass.
