Dans un village cubain, une nouvelle se répand comme une trainée de poudre : tous ceux qui portent le nom de Castiñeiras recevront un héritage juteux que des religieuses ont déposé dans une banque anglaise au XVIIIème siècle. Tous les Castiñeiras commencent à faire les démarches pour toucher leur part, mais ils rencontreront beaucoup d'obstacles sur leur chemin.

Quite controversial in its approach, the films demonstrates the milder attitude of Raul Castro's regime towards Cuba's LGBT Community.
