Andy Panda dirige le "Hollywood Washbowl Orchestra" (un ensemble d’animaux de ferme, sur une ferme) dans le titre. Après avoir enlevé une grenouille sous sa perruque, Andy commence. Tout va bien jusqu’à ce que sa chemise se coince sur un clou; pendant qu’il se bat, l’orchestre se met à balancer. De retour sous contrôle, un écureuil bavard dans le public agace le cochon assis à côté de lui; le cochon ferme la bouche de l’écureuil. Un oiseau atterrit sur le bâton d’Andy; il l’agite, et 2, 3, 4 et 5 oiseaux apparaissent (apparemment, son bâton est devenu une baguette magique). Il ondule encore, et les oiseaux disparaissent un par un, finalement remplacés par un chat très heureux. Deux canards dansent comme des ballerines; puis un renard et un canard, mais le deuxième canard n’est pas aussi facilement capturé.
