Un chien théâtral décide de répondre à l'appel de la nature et de chasser pour sa nourriture. Il cible deux jumeaux spermophiles polis comme sa première conquête et tente de les tuer avec un piège à roches tombantes accroché à une parcelle de radis, puis complote pour les attirer à portée de ses griffes en s'habillant comme un bébé, puis en jouant de la musique. Les spermophiles déjouent tous ces stratagèmes et piègent le chien dans son propre piano pendant qu'ils jouent les touches, qui sont reliées à des marteaux qui frappent l'arrière du chien.
