Un roi étouffant décide que son bouffon Dooley est sans valeur et sans humour. Il aperçoit Woody piquant un arbre et chantant, et décide qu’il ferait un grand bouffon. Thusly, le roi sort le cul de Dooley du château et lui ordonne d’aller chercher Woody. L’hilarité s’ensuit.
