Perry Mason : Meurtre à Broadway
Tony Franken, un metteur en scène reconnu, présente son tout dernier spectacle à Broadway. Malgré les critiques élogieuses, il est tellement angoissé qu'il convoque la troupe et se montre extrêmement insultant, au point même de renvoyer son régisseur, Johnny. Ce dernier passe une partie de la nuit à errer en ville. Perry Mason, qui est hospitalisé et souffre d'insomnie, l'aperçoit ainsi dans le parc qui jouxte l'hôpital. Le lendemain, il apprend que Johnny est accusé du meurtre de Franken.

The film is a continuous time-lapse with multiple exposures of the sunset from the same angle and position on 16mm film. The shoot was done in a span of 5 years. The title 13 is because the time-lapse has a 13-second interval per frame.
