Date inconnueHello explores changes in two people’s working lives: a Mexican trash picker who separates and collects recyclable materials from landfills to sell by the kilo, and a German freelance computer-animation designer working for the advertising industry in Berlin. The double interview is controlled and manipulated by a computer-generated severed hand which Maria describes as an object once discovered in the trash while working in the violent northern town of Mexicali. This CGI hand was in turn produced by Max, who was born with no arms, and sought refuge in computer-imaging as a means to operate and manipulate a digital reality.

The film tells the story of three best friends named Ako, Aki and Awang, who are well-known in their village for their mischievous and humourous pranks. The trio work for Pak Man. One day, they are assigned to pick up his daughter Misha, who has just returned from overseas and dreams of becoming a doctor. The trio have been in love with her for a long time but she does not pay them any heed. When Misha is robbed by a snatch thief one day, she is rescued by a doctor named Shafiq. Her face reminds the doctor of his late wife, and he begins to pursue her, which annoys the trio.

Le Zanskar est un royaume isolé du nord-ouest de l'Himalaya indien, où la population locale est enneigée six mois par an. Environ 10 000 Zanskaris vivent dans la vallée isolée. Plus récemment, le gouvernement fédéral a annoncé un important projet de construction de routes qui offrira un accès toute l'année au Zanskar. Comment la nature sauvage du Zanskar peut-elle être préservée? Ce n'est qu'une question de temps avant que la route d'hiver ne soit terminée.

Dans un cabaret toulonnais, Mario, scaphandrier de grand fond, s’éprend de Perrucha, une réfugiée espagnole qui ne rêve que d’une chose : devenir une chanteuse célèbre. Pour Perrucha, Mario s’endette et se voit contraint d’accepter une mission périlleuse pour le compte d’un pilleur d’épaves. Après un coma de deux jours dû à une plongée trop profonde, il y perd sa santé. A son retour à Toulon, Perrucha a disparu, retombée dans les bras d’un ancien riche protecteur beaucoup plus âgé, Marcadier. Fou de jalousie, Mario étrangle Perrucha. Puis il repart plonger. Perrucha, qui n’était pas morte, a compris le sombre dessein de Mario, et, sur les lieux de la plongée, fait tout pour qu’il soit sorti de l’eau en toute hâte. Mais il est trop tard: Mario a sectionné le tuyau d’oxygène qui le reliait à la vie.
