Ben trouve un jour une carte de base-ball très rare. Un collectionneur décide de lui acheter pour 350 dollars, une jolie somme car le jeune homme et sa famille ont des difficultés financières. Une fois la transaction effectuée, il découvre qu'il s'est fait arnaquer car la valeur réelle de la carte est de 1 million de dollars ! Aidé par sa bande d'amis, il va tout faire pour la récupérer...
