SummerSlam (2001) was the fourteenth annual SummerSlam PPV and the third presented by Chef Boyardee. It took place on August 19, 2001 at the Compaq Center in San Jose, California. The main event was Booker T versus The Rock for the WCW Championship. Another main match on the card was Steve Austin versus Kurt Angle for the WWF Championship. Also on the undercard was a Steel cage match between WCW Tag Team Champions Undertaker and Kane and WWF Tag Team Champions Diamond Dallas Page and Kanyon.

No Mercy (2003) was a PPV presented by Subway, which took place on October 19, 2003 at the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore, Maryland. It was the sixth event under the No Mercy chronology and starred wrestlers from the SmackDown! brand. The main event saw WWE Champion Brock Lesnar defend his title against The Undertaker in a match where a chain was hung from a pole and the first man to reach it could use it as a legal weapon in what was called a Biker Chain match. Two featured bouts were scheduled on the undercard. In a singles match for the WWE United States Championship, the Big Show challenged Eddie Guerrero for the title. The other was also a singlesmatch, in which Kurt Angle fought John Cena.

Après avoir servi d'appâts vivants à un monstre des mers vivant dans un phare, Sammy et Scooby jurent de ne plus manger de Scooby Snacks. Privés de leur gourmandise favorite, le duo dévore une montagne de burgers dans leur restaurant préféré, le Malt Shop et gagne par accident un voyage tous frais payés à Hollywood ! Là-bas, lors de de leur visite des vieux Studios Brickton, la bande à Scooby découvre que les studios en ruines sont menacés par le fantôme de l'acteur de films d'horreur classiques Boris Karnak qui apparaît sous la forme de ses vieux rôles : le Chevalier Sans-Tête, la Momie et le Zombie. Et pour couronner le tout, le casting et le personnel du film qui représentent la dernière chance des studios se sont tous enfuis de peur. La bande à Scooby décide d'agir avec Sammy en tant qu'acteur, Vera comme cameraman, Daphne comme star et Fred comme réalisateur.
