Monsieur B., officier de la Stasi, a travaillé pendant 20 ans comme fonctionnaire au service de la surveillance et du contrôle du peuple, un service public. Il a agit par amour. Un amour inconditionnel et absolu pour son peuple. Un amour aveugle et destructeur. Lorsque le vent tourne et que le régime dont il faisait partie change, Monsieur B. est licencié.
