Nous suivons le parcours de Munio Gitai, né en 1909 en Pologne. A l’ âge de 18 ans, Munio part à Berlin rejoindre Walter Gropius, Kandinsky et Paul Klee au Bauhaus. En 1933, le Bauhaus est fermé par les nazis. Munio est emprisonné puis expulsé à Bâle. Il part alors pour Haïfa (Palestine) où il devient architecte.
